Seated Power Clean is an amazing upper body movement. For me it’s always helped build up my shoulders, mid/upper back and rotator cuffs. In helping people build up strength in the over the decades I found this movement to be a great assistance movement to add in for 2-3 months and then rotate another exercise through. If you get bored you can switch exercises up sooner, however I think it’s a good idea to keep a movement in and add weight, reps or sets over a few weeks. I also demo an incline fr
