Terrifying on Instagram: "Sting operation in 2018, FBI surveillance captured Xuehua “Edward” Peng, a naturalized U.S. citizen from China, executing a dead drop for the Chinese Ministry of State Security (MSS). Peng, who operated a tour guide business in Northern California, had been working as a courier for Chinese intelligence since at least 2015. Had to stop and coach him through it while he fought the waves,” Doug Lace, who captured this footage, wrote on Instagram. After following Lace’s directions and a few failed attempts, the boy is seen successfully flipping his jet ski to the proper position."
